Kindly read through fully before starting the business with us. You’re liable to reject our proposal as per your convenience,provided we fail in our strategy. I WEBSITE AS A MERE PLATFORM Website is a venue for our members to interact/negotiate for buying, selling and other business services. Hence locating companies to function and operate our online exchange. Yet it is not an actual transaction. There is no chance for any partnership, joint venture, or any other business entrepreneurship through this agreement. II ELIGIBILITY OF THE USER(S) Any individual or business entity/organization that legally operates in India or in other countries has the right to use the services provided by globalvision. Those who can form legally binding contracts under the applicable law would certainly avail our services. Therefore, the user(s) must not be a minor as per Indian Law, at least 18 years of age is considered as eligibility to use our services. While accessing the website of globalvision, related laws are to be followed, failing in which the service shall be refused.Temporarily or indefinitely suspended members of website are not entertained by globalvision. III AGREEMENT TO THE USER(S) This agreement is applicable to the user(s) who are visitors, registered personnel or any other category within the limits. This site is to be used solely for the personal or internal purposes of the user(s). If at all some disagreement occurs, specific services only shall prevail. IV AMENDMENT TO USER(S) AGREEMENT Globalvision may change, modify, amend, or update this agreement from time to time without any prior notification,under unavoidable circumstances, if changes are not adhered, we may be forced to withdraw our service. The nonstop usage is symbol of your acceptance of our changed terms. V INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Globalvision is the sole owner or lawful licensee of all the rights to the website and its content. The rights, not otherwise claimed under this agreement or by globalvision.co.in, are hereby reserved. We accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions, user(s) of this site must hereby acknowledge that any reliance upon any content shall be at their own risk. We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our user(s) to do the same. Never exploit the globalvision content commercially. You may be inviting legal action, going beyond the permission of the agreement of the content. VI LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES Global vision does not have any control over the links to third party sites which are provided only for the convenience of our user(s). Be cautioned with the terms and conditions of those third party sites for our mutual benefits. VII TERMINATION Some of the features on the website are available to the visitors free of charge. Hence, termination of certain areas is expected, with or without notice. Globalvision withholds the right to temporary or permanent termination of membership of any user for any of the following reasons: 1. If the user(s) give any false information with the member account to globalvision or engaged in illegal activities. 2. The user(s) breach any provisions of the terms and conditions of use agreement and/or Agreement of website. 3. Repeated publication of same product launching. 4. Post any material to members that is not related to international trade or business co-operation. 5. Unlawful usage of other company names to post information or conduct business of any form. 6. Unauthorized access, use, modification, or control of the website data base, network or related serviced shall be viewed seriously. 7. Obtain by any means website member’s user name or password. Once terminated, the user(s) will not have the right to re-enroll or join globalvision. No membership charges will be refunded. User(s) kindly acknowledge that inability to use the website wholly or partially for whatever reason may have adverse effect on its business. VIII REGISTERED USER(S) To become a Registered User(s), there is a proper procedure which is for the convenience of user(s) so that they can easily log-in and log-out. User(s) will be responsible for the content of all the messages communicated through the Email Account, as well as the consequences of any such message. Website may suspend a registered membership at any time without any prior notification in interest of globalvision or general interest of visitors/members without giving any reason thereof. Website acts as a content integrator and is not responsible for the information provided by user(s) to be displayed on the website. Globalvision do not have any role in developing the content. XI INTERACTION BETWEEN USER(S) There is no representation of buyer or seller in specific transactions and does not charge any commission for enabling any transaction. All the tools available on the website and common sense to be made use of to tackle the customers. Transaction risks involve mis-representation of products and services, poor quality, unlawful products, delay in delivery or payment, transportation accidents, and customer satisfaction. User(s) agree that they will not use globalvision database or services to send junk mail, chain letters or the transmission of any unlawful, harassing, threatening, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature. Further, as a Registered User, user(s) will not use the E-mail account to publish, distribute, transmit or circulate any unsolicited advertising or promotional information or any content that is indecent, offensive, or which results in causing racial hatred, discrimination, menace or breach of confidence. XII LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Globalvision makes no representations or warranties about the validity, accuracy, correctness, reliability, quality, stability, completeness of any information provided on or through the website. XV MISCELLANEOUS a) Headings are for reference purposes only b) Website shall have the right to assign its obligations and duties in this Agreement c) If any provision of the terms and conditions of use and/or Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. The above mentioned terms and conditions of use and/or Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the User(s) and globalvision with respect to access to and use of the website, superseding any prior written or oral agreements in relation to the same subject matter herein.
